Patch coming W/E 01/16/08

Some of the replies to emails members of Shack News sent to Valve. Valves condescension makes me like them all the more.

Fucking gold! Valve rules!

This patch is to fix bugs, not to add new content. So no new Versus maps.

Here's what I hope they fix:

- Infected spawn exploit ( people spawning dozens of hunters/smokers/boomers)
- Melee exploit ( see video monkey posted)
- make warehouse door on No Mercy unbreakable
- Survivors being able to type kill in the console

When the Exiled play no one uses these but if you've played with the general public, they are used quite often.

Other things that I know some of us want fixed:
- running a server behind a NAT with sv_steamgroup exclusive being set
- Hunters somehow get melee off when they are shoved back during a leap. They should be stunned. Makes getting the Nothing Special achivement hard.
